Hey there: I created this by just taking a side picture and then you can use many different applications to accomplish this. Some are: Photoshop picmonkey.com paint.net (cant have a mac) powerpoint
there is so much more but there are a couple.
I added the picture and then typed in what I would like and what font. Pretty simple! Not much to it! HOpe that helps :)
